Tympani Group Learning Interactive (or GLi) is a new concept but uses tried and tested video training principles. The concept is based on combining the strengths of audio visual media and people learning together as a team, facilitated by their manager. Within two weeks of the training, delegates then complete an online assessment which will show who has completed the training and whether the key learning objectives have
