Tympani Group Learning Interactive (or GLi) is a new concept but uses tried and tested video training principles. It is a bespoke learning program focussed on meeting clients' specific learning and development requirements. The concept is based on combining the strengths of audio visual media and people learning together as a team, facilitated by their manager. Within two weeks of the training, delegates then complete an online assessment which will show who has completed the training and whether the key learning objectives have
been met.

- audio visual modules designed to meet to clients requirements (learning content)
- the learning sessions are run within a team meeting and facilitated by the team manager
- the structure of the learning sessions/audio visual encourages interaction by the team members (including group exercises)
- follow up assessments to understand who has completed the training and whether they have understood key learning objectives
