Instructional design is the process of identifying the skills, knowledge, information and attitude gaps of a targeted audience and how, by creating learning experiences the gap is closed. We create instructional experiences which make the acquisition of knowledge and skill more efficient, effective, and appealing based on instructional theory and best practices.
Our process broadly consists of determining the state and needs of the learner, defining the end goal of instruction, and by creating an intervention the transition is complete. The outcome of this instruction may be directly observable and scientifically measured though systems like an LMS or completely hidden and assumed.
